I was never so inspired by this horoscope thingy until I read more about it on the internet. Personally I don’t like the Indian technique of horoscope because they confuse me with the names. So I searched more about it on the internet and gathered knowledge. When I started reading it, I didn’t believe in a single word. But the more I read, the more I got devoted to it. Each and every sentence matched with my characteristics. So I started reading about my friends’ zodiac signs too and surprisingly they matched.
There are a few applications on Facebook about horoscope. Sometimes those match too.
Horoscope.com is a website which I have been visiting daily(well, almost) since three years. Recently I found another website about Chinese Zodiac Signs from flipkart.com facebook fan page. It will surely help me one day to find a chick LOL.

I knew there are people with sick minds in the world but howcan they be so sick? Internet is the only way people get free knowledge andsome people want to stop it. So what is their problem if students get freeknowledge from the internet? It isn’t violating their ass, is it? I don’t knowwhen the bills will be passed but it will be some serious mess.
The most annoying thing is some people don’t even know what PIPA and SOPA are.Instead of learning more about them, they are supporting it. So guys just goand read what those are before you show off on social networking sites that youare supporting it. It’s a shame on the fact that you are taking pride in athing which can make millions cry.
Wikipedia and Google have tried their best to protest but I don’t think it willreally work. I am just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
Today I was thinking about downloading Photoshop CS5 so I was looking it up onYouTube. Then I found some videos with positive comments but when I clicked thelinks to download the pages weren’t loading. I was kind of confused. None ofthe Megaupload link was loading. I was cursing my internet connection becausethat was the only thing which messes up everything. Then I checked some othervideos and started downloading Photoshop CS5 from a link at PirateBay. Some more information about the closing of Megaupload can be found here(1).
After a few hours I was just going through my News Feed in Facebook and saw oneof my friends had posted about the disappearance of Megaupload. Then I came toknow that is the first victim of SOPA. I was really pissed off. It was one ofthe best file sharing websites on the internet and some bitches took it off. I can’teven imagine how many websites will be closed due to SOPA and PIPA.

I don’t know who first coined this thing. Maybe someone with less knowledge in science.
I came across a few examples on Wikipedia-
The Fall of Constantinople to the Ottomans happened on Tuesday, May 29, 1453, fact that strengthens the superstition about Tuesday.It’s been estimated that[US]$800 or $900 million is lost in business on this day.
If something bad has happened in the past that doesn’t mean it will continue to be in the future also. It’s just called ‘coincidence’.
I was chatting that day on Facebook with my Mafia Wars clan and suddenly someone picked up this topic. Then I checked the date and it was the so called ‘Friday the 13th’.
I wasn’t even much bothered about it. I saw in on the news too. Even they warned not to go out of the house. I mean this is just insane!
My day was as usual. I even had Chilli Chicken and Noodles for dinner. I bought a few cans of milk shake from the store too. Nothing happened.
There are three ‘Friday the 13th’ this year. I am eagerly waiting for the other two.

Winter Is Back!
Winter is back! Yay!
Be careful what you wish for ‘cause
I was kind of sure about this when my dad called in that day and informed thatwinter had been back in Assam.
I was sitting in my room and counting days for the resurrection of the winter.
Finally my dream came true. I don’t remember the actual date but it is backnow.
The winter is really extreme this time. The temperature hasn’t fallen below 5degrees Celsius yet. L
The foggy mornings are back.
One of the things which I like about winter is the vapor which comes out frommouth while talking. It has been an obsession to me since I was a child. Ialways felt like I was smoking and I wondered why people smoke when theyalready make the smoke during the winter. LOL.

Oh Winter, Don’t You Go!
It seems the winter decided to leave me soon this year.
Ever since I was born, winter is favorite season. I don’t know if it has gotanything to do with my anti-Indian ideals.
Unfortunately I have never experienced snow in my life. The bad part is thetemperature never goes down below 7C here.
I had experienced the coldest days on my trip to Bhutan. The temperature waslike 4 or 5 degrees Celsius but there was no snow.

The winter was going fine in December 2010. It was said on the news that 2010experienced the coldest temperature in West Bengal. I could feel the same.
The mornings were foggy. I enjoyed walking through the foggy streets duringmorning classes.
The palms of my hand turn terribly cold in winter. I love touching my friends’cheeks with the cold palm. They get a shock and start cursing.
I was enjoying the winter of 2010. I was hoping that the temperature would fallbelow freezing point.
But my worst nightmare came to reality.
With the ending of 2010 the winter totally disappeared. Foggy mornings wereseen no more.
I was really sad to see the winter go. Surprisingly everyone around me seemedto be enjoying it.
I was praying to God wanting the winter back. (I know I am an atheist. LOL)
I guess God listened to me.
The sky had been gradually turning grey with clouds since 2nd January.
Dad called me that day and I came to know that it had rained in Assam.
I listened to this song by Bruno Mars and hoped that it would rain here too.Finally it rained.
It’s 4th January and it rained cats and dogs at 5 am today. The tremendouswinter isn’t back yet but I am keeping my delicate fingers crossed.
I shall keep you all posted.

A very happy new year to everyone. It was a nice year for me with lots of ups and downs. I survived yet another year dealing with a number of backstabbers. I wouldn’t lie by saying that everyone was a bad guy! I made many friends this year. Some were good, some were not that good!
This is a poem by Sir Alfred Tennyson. I love this poem a lot and thought of sharing with you all.

Sweet Sixteen?
Finally I am 16.
I wish I had a time machine to see what I was doing just after I was born. I probably cried a lot. I fainted when the doctor said, ‘Woot, it’s a boy.’ I should have stayed inside for ten more days. It would be so much fun if I was born on 25th. The stupid labor pain messed up everything……

I have grown up so much. I even lost the fight against puberty. I couldn’t save my sweet voice. Puberty screwed it.
I hate growing up. The more my friends wish me, the more I feel I am growing up. It’s like my age is increasing one year every time I hear “Happy Birthday”.
